Scientists want to see if marine life is interested in crocodile meat. In order to find out, they conducted an experiment on dead crocodiles to see if crocodile meat can also participate in the marine biological cycle.
The corpse had not even reached the bottom, but in the process of its descent, it attracted a group of diners -- the giant foot worm.
A day later, the scientists continued their observations. The first attraction of the day was a squid. What's more, this squid is a new species that scientists have never observed before, which is an unexpected result of this experiment. Meanwhile, a hammertail joined the feast. Also not less, is another king with a foot insect.
On the third day, the body of the crocodile was still surrounded by the giant foot worm. This creature seems to have a thing for crocodile meat. Like the first day's revelers, the 13 giant foot worms gathered here also took aim at the crocodile's ribs for a meal.
The second body was dumped a hundred kilometers away. Soon, a mousetail was attracted to try fresh crocodile meat. After 53 days, the scientists came back and observed that the poor crocodile was dead and had only a clean skeleton left.
